Do your eyes burn, itch, ache, throb? Are your eyes painfully dry? If you'd love to find natural relief for your tired eyes, this is the article for you!

Dry, tired eyes are aggravating. Do you glare at the computer screen for hours on end - either for work, or for play? If you're reading this, chances are staring at the computer screen is indeed a huge part of your everyday routine.

Following are a few tips that will help you find relief for your dry, tired eyes - the natural way.

Natural Relief for Dry, Tired Eyes Tip #1: Organic Chamomile Tea Eye Wash

What You'll Need:

  • organic chamomile tea bag
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • tea kettle
  • a cup

What You'll Do:

  • put the organic chamomile tea bag in your cup
  • boil the water (some of the water will evaporate, thus the need for a little more than 1 cup)
  • pour the water over the tea bag
  • allow it to sit (this is called "steeping") for 2-5 minutes
  • use this solution as a safe and natural eye wash

Note: This is for a one-time use.

Natural Relief for Dry, Tired Eyes Tip #2: Organic Chamomile Tea Bag "Pillows"

What You'll Need:

  • (2) organic chamomile tea bags
  • a little water

What You'll Do:

  • dip the tea bags in the water
  • place one organic chamomile tea bag over each eye
  • relax in a comfortable position for a few minutes and let the tea bags do their magic

Note: You can dip the tea bags in really cold or warm water. Both ways accomplish different levels of relief. For example, if you'd like to relieve allergy, dry or puffy eyes, the cold water will really help quickly. If you have red eye, or have had something in your eye, or even for pink eye, warm water is very soothing and helpful.

Caution/Warning: Be sure you aren't allergic to chamomile flower before proceeding with the above remedies.

Wow! I have some loose chamomile from the health food store. You know how much time I spend on line. My eyes are always tired.
