Being a good mystery shopper!

Before i did not understood the meaning of these words until I discovered on the internet a certain company which profile was eveluating businesses.I search for awhile and I realized what a secret shopper means.Then I applied for the job to a company and got a lot of project to fulfill.I was very excited about doing those jobs.

The work it is interesting and exciting doing all the stuff you normaly do and be rewarded for this.In time I learned what you need to be a good secret sgopper or secret client.Companies pay very well to make a very brief and concrete analisys of their business, the way their stuff behave in front of clients, to improve their business.

To be a good mystery shopper or secret client it need some qualities such as I call in my personal way The 4 Be's:

1 Be observative.You details focus is necessary.You need to pay attention to all the things you have to observe for your project.the way the products are displayed and so on.

2 Be objective. You need to be objective when you complete the report, it is not approved to express your disaprove of the way member of stuff treat you, you don't need to be agresive if they did not treat you right, etc.

3 Be in time.The companies need people who can complete the job in time and complete the report also in time.No delay are permitted.

4  Be a good writer.You need to be a good and descriptive writer for complete fully understandable reports, being descriptive is a demand because the owner of the project need a complete image of the sale.
