Skin reflects your health. It is your body’s canvas and one of its valuable assets.Many of the items in your kitchen can provide natural skin care that even those expensive, chemical filled beauty cosmetics and products do not provide that cost a big portion of your pocket money.

You can use olive oil as a moisturizer for sunburned skin. blending the egg white and honey well and then apply them on the face it makes your skin smooth and helps to reduce wrinkles.  For removing the tan Blend turmeric powder with milk and apply on the face.  you can also make a paste of turmeric powder and orange juice. Scrub it on the area that is widely exposed to sun or cold weather. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse it with cold water. for fair & glowing skin apply a piece of papaya or banana. for glowing skin make a paste of red sandal wood and apply it on the face every day . Apply mixture of lemon juice & Honey on face twice in a week at night, i will clear your skin  Use alomond oil for removing dark circule, massage gently on your eyes. Also you can use almond oil on face & body for skin nourishment. Take a teaspoon turmeric powder and mix it with fresh unboiled milk to make a thin lotion than apply to face on regular basis, it will enhance your complexion & remove the blemaish. do not bleach the skin, it is harmful for your skin instead apply lemon juice on face for 30 min. twice in week. Use home made scurb once in a week - make paste of curd, Besan, haldi and rosewater and apply in your face after 20 mints rinse off

Applying cucumber juice on the face helps tighten the skin pores. Last but not least drink atleast 10 glasses water everyday to clean your system
