How to Get Revenge on Forum Trolls

1) Gather Intel:
Get their email address, if you can, as well as their screen name, and real name. If you can get their email address, our job will be very easy. Also, get some of their top contacts' info, I'll explain why in a minute.

2) If you have their email address, this is the step for you. If not, continue to step 3. This is the easiest and quickest method you can use to get revenge. Sign them up for every spam mailing list on the web. Some of the more insidious spamers are pornography sites, coupon sites, and dating sites!

3) If you have their screen name, this is your step! If not, move on to step 4.
First, people generally use the same or similar screen names, or "sn", on just about every site they frequent. Put their screen name into your favorite search engine, and see if you get any matches. If you aren't sure whether you've got the correct person, refer back to their info and their top contacts' info, to see if you can connect them to the new pages you've just found. Once you do find some of their other haunts, try to glean as much info as you can, fill in gaps in the info you've already got, and be on the look out for pics and vids of them. (If you get their email, go back to step 2 and follow it.)

4) Follow this step if you still have not found their email, or if your really angry at them. Most people have a profile on 1 or more social networking sites.(MySpace, FaceBook, etc.) You can use their name, and other info you've glean from their public profiles to locate them. When you do, bookmark the page, then make an alternate email address for yourself, and use it to create a profile on your target's favorite social network. Your goal is to make a profile that, at a quick glance, looks like your mark's profile. DO NOT use their exact name! Just use a similar one. (Same name, but diff spelling: Jon would be John;Tori would be Tory; ect) Use the same profile theme, same age, and location. Now spread chaos and confusion! Send off color comments, stupid jokes, or annoying messages to their top friends (especially those who live in the same town as them ;P ).

5) If you still aren't satisfied, follow this step. With their name and general location, you can find their address on yellowbook or other phone directories. With this info, you can do some really fun things, for example:
Buy a postcard, write your screen name and a personal message like "Your a jerk!". Next print off their comments that offended you. Now, mail them the card, and printed conversation.
