We have an active society is characterized by productivity, utilitarianism and freneticism. We are always on the implementation of the activity to activity. This constant movement creates stress, anxiety and fatigue. Meditation is a practice that helps to balance and a certain calm. It is a practice that invites us to slow down and create space for the spiritual, emotional and physical recovery.

What is meditation?

Meditation is a conscious act, in which rest our body, mind and soul and sense of wellbeing and peace. There are different types of meditation.

A useful approach is quiet and restorative justice scene as a quiet lake, sea or Vista on a hill above the eye. In each of these scenarios, we are in a quiet scene and healing images, for peace and quiet in our minds busy.

The second approach involves repeating a mantra or a cure rate. A religious sense, as "The Lord is my shepherd", or simply a comforting series such as "I love" their capabilities. The repetition of the words spirit and calm the soul and refreshment and restoration.

A third form of meditation is known as the "sacred breath", which focuses on inhalation and exhalation of breath. This approach focuses on the physical sense and from the breath, just beside the air through the nose and exhale through the nose. When the spirit is produced, only the feeling behind the event. The pace of your breathing will slow down, so a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Guidelines for Meditation

Here are some suggestions, but feel free to experiment and discover what it is for you.

- Find a relatively quiet place where you can sit and not be disturbed.
- Put yourself in a comfortable manner. Meeting on the floor for a pillow is a place to start.
- Close your eyes so as not to unnecessarily distracted. Some quiet instrumental music in the background can be helpful but not required.
- Choose your approach and start to think about the proposed schedule of 30 minutes.

Try to form your chosen meditation, every day, so there is a process to you, to restore balance and peace.

Can the body actually my health?

Absolutely! The human body is a force, depending on health, work, but for you, because that is what they should do. But it is a partnership. Give your body what it needs and the facility will thrive.
