There are many myths which we see these days.

There are many myths which we see these days. The most common amongst these are that exercises shortens your height if you start at a very early age, muscles turn into fat once you start training and vice versa.

To add to the trauma there are gymnasiums where the fitness trainer himself does not know much about fitness and body anatomy. It simply worsens the situation and does not help anyone involved.

Fist off exercise with weights do not shorten your height not does exercise increases your height. Many young kids train in the gymnasium to gain height and these people should be made to understand that no amount of exercise can increase or decrease height. Height increase is a genetic factor and has got no co-relationship with exercise.

Secondly muscles do not convert into fat not does fat gets converted into muscles once you stop working out. Muscles and fats are different tissues on your body and these tissues are completely different from each other and cannot be replaced by one another.

The reason people loose or gain weight after dropping weights for few months or few years has to do with the diet the person follows.

The myths with exercise are never ending and increasing day by day with limited knowledge and personal failures or success.

The three essential components to obtaining a desired body is food, diet and exercise and these 3 things have to go hand in hand in order to get a good physique. Every individual body requirements is separate and needs to plan his diet according to his desired body requirement.
