Three PTC Sites Worth Joining

There are hundreds of PTC sites and sadly many of them are scams. I present to you 3 PTC sites that are legitimate.

First Pick: You Data

You Data is a website that revolutionizes the world of advertising. Up till now, advertisers have been paying big bucks to show off their products and services to whoever they can. That's rather inefficient, as many people seeing the ad aren't really interested in the product. As a result, consumers don't necessarily enjoy advertising very much, and sometimes try to ignore it (like me).

You Data takes a different approach. You build a profile of what you like and don't like, called a 'Me File'. No personally identifying information is required, just your gender and birth date. Think of the Me File as a small database of what you as a consumer are interested in. You data then uses this information to link you to advertisements that would be of interest to you. When you click through, you get money added to your account. You must have a PayPal account to receive your funds. Also, when signing up you will need a cell phone to receive a text message, which will contain a four-digit code needed to activate your login.

I have been a signed up for about 3 months now and have received $6.91 in my PayPal account. I spent very little time to get this, about an hour, spread throughout the 3 months. Considering my younger age, I am not an advertiser's primary target in most cases, so I don't get as many offers. My mom recently signed up and has already received a lot more offers than me.

You Data is still a relatively new place, so we're ahead of the curve with this new advertising trend. The Internet Marketing and Website Promotion Agency listed You Data as #6 for 2009 marketing predictions. As more companies discover this new method of marketing, the amount of offers you receive will increase. I encourage you to check out their website, as they have a couple of video demos that explain anything I missed in this review.

If you like PTC sites, this is the best of them! (You Data does not actually call itself a PTC site)

You can go to the website at: https://http://www.youdata.com/

Next Best: NeoBux

NeoBux pays $0.01 per click and and half that amount for referral clicks. Standard membership is free.

I received my first payment of $1.97 on March 20, 2009. The payment was very prompt and took less than 5 minutes to be credited into my PayPal account. The initial balance was $2.005 but PayPal charged a $0.04 fee for the transaction. Minimum cash out level is $2 for the first cash out, $3 for the second, $4 for the third, and so on until it reaches $10.

I have always had a minimum of 4 ads per day available, and sometimes up to 7. You must leave the window open for a 30 second period in order to receive credit. You can only have one ad open at a time as well.

I have read of other people's experiences and it seems NeoBux is one of the top rated PTC sites on the web. I strongly recommend this PTC site- it's no scam!

I can think of a few things I don't like about NeoBux: I think it is to slow at logging in, and there are small PayPal fees.

Another Good One: Wordlinx

This PTC site is one of the oldest ones around. After being a member for a month I have accumulated $1.06 in my account. One thing different about this site is that ads come up randomly throughout the day, it all depends on when advertisers buy clicks, and how long they have paid clicks in stock. Typically you can catch 3-6 ads in one day. They must be viewed for a minimum of 30 seconds each in order to be paid. After the timer is done you must click the "remove frame" button in order to recieve credit.

Cashout level is $10. If you manage to get a few referrals and if you click 3 ads a day, you should be able to cashout at least 2-3 times a year.

15 second ads pay half a cent, but normally you will get 30 second ads which pay a whole cent. Periodically, you will come accross two cent ads which are 60 seconds long.

Conclusion

There you have it, 3 PTC sites that actually pay. Be sure to join You Data first as is the absolute best. If you still have time, then give NeoBux and Wordlinx a try. Enjoy!

I am also looking for PTC but afraid about the fact that it is not as good as it looks from outside.
However, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
