If you are a homeschool parent, then you know that it takes a lot of time. Getting organized is so important to keep yourself on track when you homeschool. Here are directions on making a homeschool planner to help you get organized.

Decorate the front of the binder.  If the homeschool planner is appealing, you are more likely to use it.

Figure out what you need in your homeschool planner.  Many parents will need a place to put homeschool schedules, a place to track field trips, books that are read, outside activities that you child is in, grades, phone numbers, support group/ co-op information, a curriculum wish list, maybe a place to remember orders that you have made or whatever else your homeschool needs.  Write the categories on the tabbed page dividers and stick them in your homeschool planner.

Find planning pages that fit your needs in your homeschool planner.  I have listed several resources below to get you started, some are free, others may have a cost.

Print out the pages and use a 3 hole punch on them so you can put the pages in your binder.  Fill in what information you can.  Your homeschool planner is now ready to use.

Don't forget to look below for the resources on the planning pages.  You may also want to look around this article for related articles.
