Ice coffee recipe could be the favorite one for many people who know how to prepare it. This delicious recipe is easy for preparation. It is suitable for coffee parties as well as for every day use. It serves 4. The time for its preparation is about half an hour.
Ingredients:
4 cups of espresso coffee
4 table spoons rum or cognac
200 gr white vanilla ice cream
100 gr sweet cream
4 balls chocolate ice cream
Method of preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a shaker and prepare a homogeneous mixture. Then pour this mixture into equal parts in four glasses. Serve each of the glasses with a ball of chocolate ice cream on the top. Enjoy!
