Google Add Features Automatic Reply in Gmail
Gmail users can now set automatic email response to the public with a new feature called Canned Responses that can be added from the Google Labs section of the Mail
Gmail users can now set automatic email response to the public with a new feature called Canned Responses that can be added from the Google Labs section of the Mail. Gmail users only need to send a reply email message and save the option Canned Responses. When the same email arrived, users can import and send messages back by the same key.
"If you feel busy typed reply to the same each time someone sends an email to you with questions, you can now send mail only once and save a text message with one click button Canned Responses," said engineer Gmail, Chad Parry in a blog post.
The response can also customize have been sent automatically by combining the features of the new Gmail Filter in the Settings menu. Messages can be sent different for different keywords.
"You can set the filter to take one of the response that has been stored, and automatically create a live reply button press Send." Parry said.
Google also has made changes to Gmail Contact. Google automatically add contacts to my Contact group, so the user can choose which contacts they want in their own group. "As part of this change, we also make additional automatically suggests contacts to Contacts. Only your contacts that have been edited, imported or added to the group that will remain in My Contacts.", Said Benjamin Grol, a Google product manager Contacts. Grol must explain that this will be easier for users to synchronize contacts with their mobile devices.
