How to lose weight fast!

This article will show you how to lose weight fast. I used to be over weight and I used to get picked on alot. But one day I decided not to take it anymore, so I got in shape. And this is how I lost almost 30 pounds in three months!

I used to get picked on alot in high school. I was the fat kid that everyone liked to make fun of. It got so bad that I eventually dropped out of public school, and started getting home schooled. So one day I decied not to take it anymore, and to get myself in shape fast. Im going to take you through a tree step process, and I will give you a good diet to try. If you follow these steps accordingly, you will see results fast.

Step One: This is the most important step that you need to know. Here you will find a number that you will base your eating portions around. Take your weight in pounds and multiply it by 11. This is your basic calorie needs. Then you need to take your basic calorie needs and multiply it by the percentage caloric cost of your activity level from the following chart:

ACTIVITY LEVEL / AGE (40)
Couch Potato 30% 25% 20%
Moderately Active 40% 35% 30%
Constantly in Motion 50% 45% 40%
(These percentages are an average and can be found in Men's Health The Book of Muscles)

Step Two: When trying to lose weight, it's simple... eat more fat! Unsaturated fat that is. You want a diet high in protein and fats, low in carbohydrates. Why high in fats you ask? Well fats like EFA's (essential fatty acids) and CLA (conjugated lenolic acids) allow you to stay fuller longer and will supply your body with energy. A high fat diet allows the body to function properly and use the fats as its main source of energy while depriving it of carbohydrates that could potentially be stored as unwanted body fat. Almonds, pecans, pistachios, avocados are all good sources of fats.

Step Three: You know how much to eat. You know what to eat. But you don't know when to eat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Hands down! Because it "jump starts" your body from the previous nights sleep. Then you should have a small snack inbetween breakfast and lunch. Like an apple or some grapes. Then eat lunch. After lunch you need to eat at least TWO more small snacks before dinner. Why all the snacks you ask?? The more smaller meals you have a day help to keep your matabalism flowing. Therefore helping you lose weight.

Dude thanks this helped me out alot!! How did you get soo smart and think of this? Im going to start trying it tomorrow!! I was lost with out this man!
