Change Your Thoughts

When our mind start playing such games we are suppose to select the best thoughts for us and which is obviously positive thought and this is such a crucial time as our negative thought play a strong role to convince us and tempt us to choose it.

Mostly when some one say change your thoughts or change your ideas it is often misunderstood that both are same. However, when I say change your thoughts; I have different meaning to it.

To me thoughts are of two types:

First is Positive thoughts and

Second is a Negative thought.

I understand that when one take any action to change their thoughts from negative to positive the result will be brilliant.

As a human it is known to us that not all days are same and nor would life only shower happiness on us.

We have to experience both good and bad times but important of all is that which ever phase of our life we are passing by, if we stay positive all days could possibly change for us.

Hence, when each day we experience different things in our life we should make sure that our thoughts are positive. If our thoughts are positive we will surely spend productive day and  at the end of the day when we look at all day activity we can surely be happy when we learn that when we changed our thoughts which were negative to positive the result only brought happiness and peace.

However, it is easy to write that change your thoughts and all will change. Actually, the fact is that our mind has a habit to test us every moment. We are bound to select between these two thoughts i.e. positive thoughts and negative thoughts.

When our mind start playing such games we are suppose to select the best thoughts for us and which is obviously positive thought and this is such a crucial time as our negative thought play a strong role to convince us and tempt us to choose it.

We have to change our thoughts from negative and make sure we make a habit to choose positive thoughts.

Let us take an example say you are in your office working on some file/ project and suddenly someone interrupt you and ask for the help. You have already given deadline to finish your work and you understand that if you help other person you won't be able to finish your work as planned.

Again, you realise that the person who is asking help is fresh and it is your duty to help. During such situation, you are bound to get two types of thoughts i.e. positive thoughts and negative thoughts.

Negative thoughts will tell you "Why you have to worry for him/her and who will know that you did not help. You simply tell I explained but he/ she did not do it correctly. You finish your work."

Positive thoughts will tell you "If you don't help him/her chances are that he/she will be fired and as a senior person it is your duty to help and guide him/her. You can stay a little late and finish your work as per schedule or if require take his/her help so you can finish your work on time and even help."

If you are ruled by negative thought then it is time to accept that you have to change your thoughts so make sure which one is ruling you. To change your situation in life you always have to choose positive thoughts.
