Raspberry Leaf Rooibos Tea is a blend of Rooibos Tea and Raspberry Leaf.  Raspberry leaf is a uterine tonic that tones the uterus and pelvic muscles for contractions.  It helps the uterus do more effective exercising while pregnant.  It helps to tone the uterus after delivery as well, shrinking it back to size more quickly and reducing bleeding.   It can be consumed the last couple months of pregnancy to prepare for the birth and stimulate milk flow.  It can also be given to children to ease cramps from indigestion or diarrhea.
