Do you want to stop hand pain? Are you a computer worker or handcrafter and it's affecting your production? Do you have carpel tunnel syndrome? Does your hand pain happen continuously no matter what you have tried? Is it affecting your ability to accomplish tasks?

When you are in such pain that it is debilitating then it is time to find a fast easy inexpensive solution. Another disorder called Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common disorder causing pins and needles and pain in the hand due the median nerve being compressed at the wrist. Carpal tunnel syndrome seems to affect many workers but mostly women aged 30 to 50 years. It also may be felt in one or both hands.

Other workers who complain about Carpel Tunnel Syndrome are people whose work requires repeated forceful movements with the wrist extended, such as using a screwdriver or wrench. Usually the hand pain condition is generally treatable. If taking over the counter medications, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, are not working then perhaps a good old fashioned home remedy may be the solution.

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups hot water
  • 3 Tablespoons Witch Hazel
  • 1/2 Cup Epsom Salts

Step1

To stop hand pain and regain some mobility in your hands, try this home remedy:

Step2

Mix the 3 cups of hot water with the 3 tablespoons of witch hazel and the 1/2 cup of Epsom salt. Epsom salt is available at drugstores and supermarkets.

Step3

Place your hands in the solution. Within about 5 to 10 minutes it should begin working to ease the pain, or stop hand pain altogether.

Step4

Leave your hands in the solution long enough for the magnesium sulfate in the mixture to penetrate your joints and stop hand pain. [removed][removed]

Tips

  • If the joints need more soaking, make up another solution with hot water and soak again.
  • Don't get the water too hot. Make it hot but not enough to burn you.
