Here is a list of the healthiest and the most common tropical fruits on the basis of antioxidants contained in them.

Strangely its the guava which is at the top of this list. It is a source full of vitamin C and A. It also contains a lot of dietary fiber. This fruit is grown in almost all tropical regions like Hawaii, Southeast Asia and Africa. It contains a very high amount of antioxidants which makes it the healthiest fruit when fruits are compared on the basis of antioxidants.
