Fried Snickers bars and squid on a stick were mild in comparison to these quirky culinary concoctions.

Sea Horse On A Stick

It would never in a million years cross my mind to eat a seahorse on a stick or by any other method, but I guess others have a more open minded palate than I do. This vendor not only sold seahorses, but scorpions on a stick as well.

BBQ`d Larva and Cicada On A Stick

I am pretty sure that these are the same bugs that cause me to barricade myself indoors to avoid them. They give me shivers to hear them and see them flying around, and they are no more attractive on a stick.

Pork Chop On A Stick

OK. This one isn`t so weird. It is perfect! A pork chop anywhere is a good thing, but on a stick is pure genius. Pork fat RULES!

Jello On A Stick

I must find a place that serves this. Jello is my very favorite desert. Even on a stick.

Spaghetti and Meatballs On A Stick

The ultimate food for those of us that have trouble twirling those pesky spaghetti strands. Cooked noodles are pressed into the meat mixture and the meatball is formed and cooked. Then the entire thing is dipped in batter, deep fried and served with Marinara sauce.

Alligator On A Stick

Louisiana residents love Alligator on a stick. It is said to taste similar to chicken, but with more "bite"

Roasted Rat On A Stick

Rats are eaten in many cultures, but I think I`ll pass on this one.

Nice one -some aquired tastes here! - my sister can’t even eat bits of cheese on a stick cos she doesn’t like wooden sticks as a result of a bad experience at her dentists- so these would definitely be a non-starter for her!!
