Can’t Think Of Article Ideas – Here Is A Way To Generate Them Fast

This is a simple but powerful tip on how to come up with article ideas quickly, easily, and effortlessly.

Before I discovered this quick and easy way to develop article ideas it would take me ages to decide what to write about. I just seemed to have little interest in any idea that I came up with. I was stuck in this negative spiral or no article idea, which led to no article, which in turn led to no money earned from writing articles; then one magical day I found the way to stop this negative spiral forever and I began to develop article ideas in abundance.

If you are a member of an online forum notice how eager you are to write when your interest or curiosity has been piqued by something another person has written in a forum post. Notice too how you find it easy to respond. Notice that sometimes you are even tempted to write quite a lot. Then contrast this feeling with how difficult it can feel sometimes to come up with article ideas

My tip for getting article ideas is very simple, search forums for topics that you want to respond to. You know the type...someone has written something, a question, a joke, a controversial statement...something that draws you in, almost forcing you to respond to that forum post. But before you reach for your keyboard and decide to type a response, STOP! Do you realise you have the seed of a really good article in this forum post that you are about to write?

Instead of writing that post in a forum, consider writing it for an online publisher, a publisher that will pay you royalties on what you write. Most forums either pay nothing or give you a one time payment of one or two cents per post.

I discovered this way of generating article ideas when I was looking through comments on a forum and one lady on that particular forum was feeling down and depressed about her life. I felt so compelled to respond to cheer her up. But instead of allowing myself to follow the impulse to respond immediately, I held back for a moment and reminded myself that the drive I felt to say something to her could be used to create an article to cheer up others who might be feeling down.

As soon as my article was published I went back to the forum and told her that her post had inspired me to write an article and I gave her the article URL. She was happy because my article was longer and better thought out than my forum post would have been, and I was happy because I not only helped to cheer her up but I had simultaneously gained another reader for my articles.

Try this tip yourself the next time you want to come up with ideas for writing your next article, you may be pleasantly surprised at how easy it can be to discover article ideas just from reading forum posts.
