You will need the following ingredients before you start. You will need to buy flour or the specific pre-made flour to make crepe at the store. Usually you can find this at the oriental store. You will need pork, shrimps, bean sprouts, onion, coconut juice, pepper, curried powder for color, and fish sauce. You would then get the flour ready to cook.

You would pour the floor into a large pot and then put in water that is proportion to the package of flour. You will see the direction there on the package. You will then add just enough and not too much because adding too much can cause it to be wet and you can't make a crepe out of it. You would then stir in coconut juice for taste, onion, curried powders and then stir everything together.

Next you will let it sit and then prepare your meat. Wash your pork and then cut it into thin strip and then season it with salt, onion and pepper and then cook it on oil until done. Do the same with your shrimp except cook the shrimp only half done because you'll need to put it in heat later on. Wash your bean sprout and cut into thin strip of your onion. Now you're ready to cook.

Heat a large skillet with plenty of oil. Cooking crepe is very tricky and it requires plenty of oil. If you don't do it right the crepe will be so soft that you can't scoop it out. The crepe is supposed to come out thick and scoopable. You have to watch a video in order to learn more about it. When the oil is hot pour in the flour liquid. Pour in enough to cover the skillet so that you can end up with a crepe. If you pour in too much the crepe can be really thick and you can't cook it enough. If you pour in too little it can be too thin and you can't do anything about it. Next you will add the pork, shrimp and then the vegetables and wait until all is done and then scoop it out. It's supposed to be thick and crunchy.
