I love playing as a WoW mage. I'm always on the hunt for current and detailed information on the mage class. Unfortunately, it's often hard to find. Fortunately a mage in my guild turned me on to a great guide that took my Warcraft mage to the next level.

I love playing WoW as a mage. Always have, ever since I first got into it. The thing is though, I'm obsessive about having the best mage leveling guide I can get my hands on. I've searched all over the net and found ones that are either old (like pre-BC old) or only offer a build with no reason as to the spell selections. That's like saying "here are the car parts....and here is what it should look like....you figure it out." Needless to say, running into all of these poorly created guides left me really frustrated.

I was playing with my guild and a buddy (a fellow mage no less) told me about a great mage leveling guide he had picked up recently. He said it was full of different builds based on playstyle (solo, group, pvp) and it also contained detailed information about every spell that's available. This sounded like the holy grail of mage leveling guides so I got the link from him and once we finished our quests, I headed off to check out the guide. Considering my experience with the guides I had found, I was amazed that the guide he suggested had everything I had been looking for, all in one place. It was also up to date with the latest information from WotLK. I was so happy with the guide and eager to try it out that I started a brand new mage.

All I can say is using the tactics in this mage leveling guide created a whole new WoW playing experience for me. It was like starting off with a new class. My build was tighter and I was devoting even MORE time to WoW (didn't think that was possible). When I ran across my fellow mage again, I tossed a little gold his way as a means of saying "thanks" for this great guide/

If you've struggled to find a good mage leveling guide, then check out the guide I found :
