Beware of Cashle.com

My story of what happened on cashle.com WARNING

I was referred to cashle.com.  As a member of cashcrate.com the site was very similar and was comfortable for me to use.  I earned money very easily on cashle.  I was only a member for 3 days but had earn nearly $8 and had 3 referrals in that time frame.  I was very happy with the way the site was going.  I had even just requested $2 of my nearly $8 to my alertpay account to see how fast they pay.  I have even written several postive comments on this site of the cashle site.

Then i decided to complete a "points" offer instead of cash offer to try  it out.  It stated that to complete the points offer i would need to sign up for www.points2shop.com which is another of their platforms. So I did.  What happend after that left me seeing red.  Within minutes both of my cashle and point2shop accounts were blocked.  All my earnings were gone though it still showed i had 3 referrals.  I was unable to access the faq's section, discussion forums, terms and conditions or any other aspect of the site they may have been helpful to me to find out what happened.

I received an email in my regular email address stating my points2shop and cashle accounts were blocked with a list of reasons why it could be blocked.  it gives reasons such as something about using aol that it doesn't support but i don't use aol.  It says about fraudulantly filling out offer but i don't do that.  As a member of cashcrate I am aware of how to honestly fill out offers.  i did not use any fake info.  Then there was something about having multiple accounts.  As a NEW member the only thing i could think of is that having both a cashle.com and points2shop account is what did it.  I'm not a vulgar person and was in no way inappropriate on the site.

I attempted to fill out a help "ticket" as it was the only means available to me to contact them since i'd been blocked with no response as of yet.  I did a search to see if any other member had similar problems or find an alternative way to contact cashle.  I came across a list of rules. One of which states that they are to give you a written warning before something like this happens.  I received no such warning.

I went to the better business bureau website (on which cashle.com is not found).  I attempted to file a complaint however in order to do that i needed to have a physical address which i was unable to locate since i cannot access anything on the site.  I did however find an alternative method to write the better business bureau for them to look into this.

Since this happened immediately after i requested some of my money and directly after I joined the point2shop site I have no other thought than the fact that they had no intention of paying me my money I earned and found an excuse not to do it.

Also when i noticed all my money was gone from my account the "shoutbox" on the site was still visible and another member complained that their earnings had just gone into the negatives also without warning.

BE WARE.  I truely hope that it was a terrible technical problem or oversight on the website.  Before that i honestly enjoyed the site for the 3 days i was a member.  If it was not and they are not intending to pay their members you can be sure I will let as many people know as I possibly can.  Unfortunately i don't seem to be able to delete my positive comments on other peoples stories regarding cashle or I would.

***update 4/17/09***

After many rude replies to my trouble ticket they agreed to "unblock" my account.  The catch however?! To verify my account by sending a copy via trouble ticket or photobucket of my drivers license and a current bill with my correct address on it.  They're saying I can block out any account numbers and such but they need this to verify to unblock my account.  I don't understand why since they had initially verified my account using my phone number. I'm not comfortable with this and don't think it's worth it.

this site have serious problem, there are so much people complaining afirming that cashle blocked their acounts, , my acount was blocked and I don’t know why, I sent ticket suport, they told me that I have multiple acount or shared ip with other members and I don’t have multiple acounts, I lost my time and my money that I was earning $8.5, they block your acount without pay you, a least if they are going to block an acount they should pay, because you work and spend your time for that money, is no my intention to ofend but theese guys are realy stupid, because you are making money for them and for you, because for every offer that you do they charge a commision, and they block your acount,!!! so I prefer prizelive, people don’t complain so much about this site, if you look the trafic in alexas rank, is getting down in the last month because of this they block so much acount, so i prefer prizelive has a better rank in alexas rank, you can check it out. http://www.prizelive.com/r/robert88n join to prizelive is better.

I get confused when I read all comments over here. I just want to share my experience about cashle here. I joined cashle around 3 months back. And I referred around 26 people. Out of 26 there are total 2 people are from US citizens. Cashle deposited $0.50 immediately. I requested withdrawal $1.00 to my paypal account. I know it’s not a big amount. 1 month left I still not received $1.00 in my paypal account. I am not worried about payment. The only question is cashle is really legit? So anybody tell me what’s the exact issue? Should I continue promoting cashle or not?

Sorry to hear that. I guess whoever you spoke to was having a bad day (or you got a bad one), because I accidentally made 2 accounts and they were kind enough to me and let me stay when I explained my situation.

As far as the 2 accounts not being stated clearly, might I direct you to the FAQ, specifically question 2: http://www.cashle.com/wiki/Frequently_asked_questions

“Q: Do I have to register for Cashle too?

A: No, If you register on Points2Shop, you are automatically registered on Cashle as well. “

Unless that was added after your issues, I don’t see how it could be any clearer.

But yeah, sorry to hear about your experience. It’s apparently turned you off to the site, which is something of a shame, I think. Although the one thing I’ll say is that the “Scan license” or whatever seems to be standard procedure, and it’s to ensure you are who you say you are, though the rep could’ve been nicer about it from what I gather.

I tried to contact them when my account was blocked. It does NOT clearly state that you can’t sign up for cashle and points2shop.  It just says you can’t have 2 accounts I assumed meaning two cashle accounts since there are people that try to use two different email addresses and such to work the system. I was very polite first.  I contacted them in good faith telling them that my account was blocked and i didn’t know why.  they told me i had two accounts and it was against the rules.  When I tried to explain myself they basically talked to me like I was some professional scammer who does this for a living.  I’m sorry but I was not rude first.  I’m not the type of person that yells first and asks questions later.  I went through the proper channels to try to fix this. I didn’t get mad until the customer service became very rude with me and wanted me to jump through hoops to fix my account. Not worth it.  I know other people that have had similar experiences with cashle. It’s not just me

Angie: Were you rude first? Because my experiences (first when I was blocked due to my OWN fault (accidentally signed up twice), then when a seller shipped me the wrong item) with the Customer Service were extremely nice. They were rather polite, and I was polite to them.

I can only think they’d be rude if you were first, or the person you contacted was having a rather bad day or something *shrugs*

I apologize in advance if I sound rude, but I’m going to be blunt.

The reason you were blocked is because you signed up twice, man. It says right there in the rules “ONE account per household.” and in the FAQ “Q: Do I have to register for Cashle too?

A: No, If you register on Points2Shop, you are automatically registered on Cashle as well. “.  It was your own fault that you were blocked, since you apparently didn’t read the rules and/or FAQ (and I’m guessing didn’t think to ask in shout or notice that handy little “Switch to points2shop platform” button in the upper right.) I mean did you really think that the reverse wouldn’t be true (sign up on cashle and you’re automatically registered on P2S)?

Again, sorry if that sounded rude, but I was being rather blunt. I like the site (I seem to earn $20 a week, which is more than enough to pay my few bills and have some left over as a college student) and hate seeing people blame them for things that are the user’s fault.

It does NOT clearly state that you can’t have an account with Cashle AND Pointstoshop.  It just says you can’t have two account.  I took that as you can’t have 2 cashle accounts.  I contacted the company about the misunderstanding.  The customer service was rude, untimely, and uncaring.  I stand by this post

I dont know but today I came across this website http://points2shopscam.com the only people telling you its legit are the ones making money of referrals.

Obviously, you didn’t follow the rules. When you sign up, it clearly states that you can’t have more than 1 account. And when you try to make another one, it gives you a warning.

That does not sound at all like Cashle to be honest, I use it and have cshed out over $10, and I’ve never had any problems with that. Cashle isn’t a scam, they don’t steal your time/money. I think what happened to you was just a rare incident.
