Learn to express your happiness. Laugh hard and loud. If you do not have a sense of humor, find somebody else who has. Laughter frees endorphins (happy chemicals) from the body, and it helps raise your immune system.

Always plan what you want to do and plan it wisely. You’ll be much more able to deal with stress if you have a good manage on your job, relationships, and other activities. When you are in control, you are more inclined to stay focused and calm. Instead of remembering the entire plan in your head, you can always have a diary or a planner with you to write down what you have in mind.

Involve in habitual exercise such as brisk walking, swimming or whatever charms to you. Play a sport or game you’re interested in. Aerobic exercises can well cut down the stress factor. Work out also improves sleep and helps you think and concentrate on other things. It also encourages the release of natural soothing chemicals in your body. Pantothenic acid, another B-complex vitamin, is vital during times of stress. Stay away from caffeine, alcohol, and large amounts of sweets, as they can worsen symptoms of stress.
