Savy: I was like this for a long time, everything I did just seemed to be set in front of me. I finally put a lot of thought into it and started writing about how each situation and job had changed me and what I had learned even if it was just that where I was, was the wrong place.

I'm still confuse what's my ultimate goal in life? I want to know what's the purpose Why I'm here on earth. Actually I was feeling bored with my work. Is this really my goal in life to receive calls from client. I don't know if this really meant for me. For you what's you ultimate goal in life? Please help me.. I want to know what's your ultimate goal in life?

This are the follwing answers that i've got:

Kishusia:

Ultimate goal of human life is to attain God, meaning being one with God. People can follow any path for this. I am a householder, and the best path for a householder is to perform his or her duties with full honesty and sincerity. In a household a person has many relationships, a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a mother, a sister and so on. These relationships have duties attached with each. Perform these duties with full devotion and one will achieve God.

Nicholas:

My ultimate goal in life is to become successful. I want to be successful financially. The reason for it is I want to be able to make a difference in some childrens lives. I want to be able to provide some educational tools to help them to become successful too. This will enable them to change the lives of themselves and family members. Too many people are not fortunate enough to benefit from some of the things that other more fortunate kids can. I think that every kid should have the exact same opportunities regardless of thier social status. So my ultimate goal is to become successful to help others that are less fortunate.

I was like this for a long time, everything I did just seemed to be set in front of me. I finally put a lot of thought into it and started writing about how each situation and job had changed me and what I had learned even if it was just that where I was, was the wrong place. When I started to put this all together, it made me much more conscious of what was going on. The bottom line is I think we are all here in this life to grow and we just need to realize that each and every thing that happens to us is part of that growth. My advice is to take charge of your life by reexamining you past and looking at what is going on now. Good luck

Johnson:

Whenever I know for 100% certain, then I'll be glad to share it with everyone on mylot, until that time, I can only speculate what I believe that goal is right now.

1st and foremost to continue to seek God on a daily basis.
2nd to be the best husband to my wife
3rd to be the best father to my children
4th to train my children in the ways of God's word and the scriptures
5th to ascertain and fulfill God's ultimate designed purpose for my life as I continue to seek him

Meanwhile, I am to continue to be a blessing to all people that I come in contact with, via in person or online, like I'm doing now.

That's what I believe, and because I believe it, that's what I'm going to continue to do, because that is the way I've been trained to look at life.

Paula:

I was having the same thoughts myself a few years ago. I had been a stay at home mum for four years and when my little daughter started kindergarten I decided to do something with my life that was "me". I sat and thought about what makes my heart sing and the answer came to me; I wanted to be a writer since I was around 10 years old and up until then I had not done anything about it. I took jobs in the banking sector for years and I hated them, it just wasn't me. Well this time I was determined I was not going back to a bank or office job somewhere so I "bit the bullet" and started a freelance journalism course, graduated and I have been writing ever since. I am not making a great deal of money but hopefully I will. There is a book out there by Marsha Sinetar titled "Do what you love and the money will follow".
I believe that to be true. Give yourself time to ponder upon what brings you joy and start from there. You don't know what is out there for you; you just need to open yourself up to the many possibilities.

Very nice article. I would say simply that the ultimate goal of life in general is Experience. Don't judge what you are experiencing, even uncomfortable experiences add to your ultimate wisdom and joy. Be present in everything you do and enjoy your time here on earth with the openness of a child. :) 5*

I guess none of us would ever be sure about our goals in life, so make the most of it and enjoy life :)
