We are all concerned about our body not burning calories quickly, that can be because of poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Fortunately, there are ways you can boost your metabolism with little effort, it takes more discipline then anything else
We are all concerned about our body not burning calories quickly, that can be because of poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Fortunately, there are ways you can boost your metabolism with little effort, it takes more discipline then anything else

That can make you a slim girl. I am guilty of that myself.
Believe it or not, the more hours of sleep you catch, the more chances you have to help your waistline. It's been determined by some different research studies and shown that sleep deprivation can send your hunger and appetite hormones out of control.
How much sleep is needed to avoid this? For some people it's enough to go on just with a few hours sleep, however, experts recommend that you get 7 to 8 hours sleep every night.
Getting into a good sleep routine may take a little work, it's like creating a new habit, and starting with baby's steps, but it’s worth the effort.
Start your metabolism off right by rising up early.
Do your spend your morning just showering, brushing your teeth and getting dressed? Of course, you might not realize but, you’re skipping two important things that could boost your metabolism.
Eating breakfast is important – Skipping that bowl of cereal might sound harmless, but you’re missing the first key of the day to jump start your metabolism.
It's like your body was fasting overnight and was body was conserving calories. Eating a balanced breakfast every day, stimulates your metabolism.
The second opportunity to starting your morning off right will be to exercise. That boost your metabolism.
The difference, you’ll burn more calories throughout the day simply doing the same stuff you always do, but having not done the 2 most important things in the morning will make a great difference in your energy level.
Moving more will help you lose more.
Speaking of exercise, you should do it every day. Cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, aerobics) stimulates your metabolism, tons of calories will be burned and can even temporarily suppress your appetite for a long time of the day.
But don’t skip Weight training, that is important too, it helps with muscles toning and boosts lean tissue mass. The more lean muscle tissue you have, the more calories you burn each day.
It is highly recommended also to exercise more than once a day. If you schedule a 60-minute workout break it into two 30-minute (or three 20-minute) sessions is more convenient, but also it may help you burn more fat, according to recent research studies.
Raise a glass to drinking water.
Dehydration is a funny, or not so thing. That might make a difference on the scale, but you’re risking major weight gain by not drinking enough. Dehydration has a very strange effect on your brain , giving you hunger signal, so instead of reaching for cold water, you reach for whatever snack is nearby.
Spice your meals! - Set your metabolism on fire with spicy foods.
Spicing up your meals may do more than just add great flavor, and more then you think. Have you ever felt Hot when you eat spicy foods?
Body temperature and metabolism are related: when you burn energy, heat is released; so by increasing your internal body temperature, spicy foods may temporarily raise your metabolism and stimulate the use of stored fat as energy.
But they do agree that eating spicy foods can increase feelings of fulfillment. And the sooner you’re satisfied at a meal, the sooner you’ll stop eating. You can easily save yourself about 100 calories at a meal by taking fewer bites, so spice it up!

Take calcium in consideration as an extra boost.
In Multiple research studies was mentioned that calcium, an essential mineral, can boost your basal metabolic rate, which can help with your weight-loss efforts.
Know that dairy lovers are less likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome, whose symptoms include high blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as poor blood sugar control and increased abdominal obesity – all those factors would increase the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Make sure you eat enough calcium-rich dairy foods – such as yogurt, skim milk and low-fat cheeses – otherwise start adding them to your diet or seek advise from your doctor on a daily calcium supplement. That will be suited for you.
