Use some canned goods and a few other spices and you can make this comforting soup in just minutes. What helps to have a tich content also, besides the chicken broth, is the fresh handful of herbs, some garlic cloves and crushed red pepper, - my favorite, will do the trick.

What helps to have a tich content also, besides the chicken broth, is the fresh handful of herbs, some garlic cloves and crushed red pepper, - my favorite, will do the trick. For a additional flavor, add a little crumbled cooked Italian turkey bacon or sausage to the content. The flavor says everything about your meal!

Things You’ll Need to achieve your goal:
  • a little time to make the soup
  • the wright ingredients
  • use the wright quantity of ingredients
Get all the ingredients ready and start boiling a small quantity of water. We are making a spinach, noddle soup.
Start with broth, garlic, rosemary and crushed red pepper in a soup pot; bring to a simmer.

Keep partially covered, simmer once in a while over medium-low heat for 10 minutes to intensify flavor.

Scoop garlic cloves, rosemary and the red pepper from the broth with a slotted spoon (or pass the soup through a strainer and return to the pot).

Stir in pasta, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is just tender, about 10 minutes; if use angel hair that might take just 5 minutes.

Add the spinach leaves, stir in, and tomatoes; return to a simmer, cover and cook just until the spinach has thawed, 2 to 3 minutes.

Bon appetite!
Place soup into bowls and garnish each serving with a drizzle of olive oil, if desired, and a sprinkling of Parmesan and some more fresh spices, like parsley.
