Here's a list of animals with the most amazing body parts.

Animal species with the largest body parts in proportion to body size...

1. Vampire Squid

Eyes - it has the largest eyes of any animal relative to its size. Its eyes which appear red or blue are proportionately the largest in the animal kingdom at 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.

2. Argentine Blue-bill Duck

Penis - among vertebrates, it has the longest penis in relation to its body size. The penis, which is coiled up in flaccid state, can reach about the same length as the animal itself when fully erect, but more commonly is about half the bird's length.

3. Tube-lipped Nectar Bat

Tongue - has the longest tongue of any mammal in relation to its body size. Its 3.4 inch or 8.5 cm tongue is 1.5 times or 150% longer the size of its overall body length and must be kept inside its rib cage.

Penis - it is the creature with the largest penis as a proportion of its overall body size. A barnacle's extraordinarily long penis is up to 15 cm (6 in) in length: the largest penis to body size ratio of the animal kingdom.

Brain - the largest in relation to body size. The adult human brain weighs on average about 3 lb or 1.5 kg with a size of around 1,130 cubic cm (cc) in women and 1260 cc in men.

Eyes - it is the largest recorded of any animal with an approximate diameter of 50 cm or 20 inches, although those of the Colossal Squid are thought to reach an even greater size.

7. Lion's Mane Jellyfish

Lion's Mane Jellyfish -  the longest animal; the biggest had a body with a diameter of 7 feet 6 inches and the tentacles reached 120 feet. This creature is longer than a Blue Whale, which is commonly considered to be the longest animal in the world.

Bootlace Worms can reach great lengths. A specimen was measured at 55m (180 feet) but this may be unreliable as the body is somewhat elastic.

9. Wandering Albatross

Wings - Wandering Albatross has the largest wingspan at 3.63 meters or 11 feet 11 inches. The longest-winged examples verified have been about 3.7 m or 12 ft. As a result of its wingspan, it is capable of remaining in the air without beating its wings for several hours at a time.

10. Wild Asian Water Buffalo

Horns - the longest ever recorded and measured is 4.24 meters or equivalent to13 feet 11 inches from tip to tip.

11. Greater Kudu

Horns - Kudu's horns are the longest on the average. The large horns with two and a half twists when straightened would reach a length of 1 meter on average.

Mouth - large enough to hold up to 90 tonnes (100 short tons) of food and water

Heart - typically weighs 600 kg (1,320 lb) and can reach 900 kg in exceptional cases

Aorta - about 23 cm (9 in) in diameter

Penis - is about 2.4 m (8 feet) in length

This was an awesome article. Though the picture of the worms gave me the heebie jeebies..lol. I’ll have to stumble this one.
