For example the cost of the fuel that is used when driving from store to store that you don't have to use. Also the fact that it is a lot faster means that you are saving your own time, which is something most people tend to value very highly these days. Many retailers are now even starting to offer discounts for using their online facilities, or having online only deals not available in the stores, as each tries to boost their online sales as store sales fall.
