6.) Micropsia or Alice in Wonderland Syndrome It's the brain, not the eyes that need to be fixed. This is a type of neurological condition which affects on the patient's visual perception towards objects. For example, the patient might look at the dog but sees it in the size of rat. Or, looking at the car but the size is as same as toys.

7.) Elephantiasis Finally we come to something common. This is a disease characterized by the thickening of the skin. The caused is types of parasite worms transmitted by mosquitoes.

8.) Hypertrichosis or Werewolf Syndrome Another fancy name illness. This is a condition of excessive body hair especially in upper body, face and limbs. The case is so rare that statistic shows possibility only 1 in a billion will do. There are approximately only 19 people around the world suffering from hypertrichosis alive today. The overall is 50 by now. One of the most famous patients nowadays is likely to be Pruthviraj Patil, a boy from India who struggling with a difficult time in school and daily life because of the condition.

9.) Progeria or Hutchinson - Gilford Syndrome You might be familiar with this illness from Robin William's heartwarming movie ‘Jack'. No treatment proved effective, this is the extremely rare genetic condition where the signs of aging problems appear too early. The possibility is 1 in 8 millions and most of them died at the age of 13.

10.) Blue Skin Disease or Metheglobinemia I'm not going to lie; this strange illness really exists! It is the disease characterized by the presence of a higher than normal level of methemoglobin (metHb) in the blood. The result is in the condition wear the skin turns into something near purple. The most famous example for this case is according to the memorandum in USA approximately 180 years ago, the family of Martin Fugate, French orphanage who arrived and settled in Kentucky in 1820, related to this illness for almost 6 generations.
