If your steak is thicker you will need to cook a bit longer. Likewise, if it is thinner you will adjust your time to cook a bit less. Also, if you would like your steak done rare or well done, you will need to adjust your times accordingly. Step2 Grilling your boneless top sirloin steak. Put your beef steaks on the grill at medium heat and shut the lid. Cook for about 22-26 minutes flipping every 4 minutes with tongs or spatula. Don't use a fork because you will puncture the meat and the flavorful juices will escape. Step3 Broiling your boneless top sirloin steak. Put your beef steaks on the broiler rack about 4 inches from the heat source. Cook one side 8 minutes and flip. Cook the other side 8 minutes and your steak is done. Don't use a fork because you will puncture the meat and the flavorful juices will escape. Step4 Cooking your boneless top sirloin steak in a frying pan or skillet. Cook steak for 16 minutes on medium heat. Turn every 4 minutes. Again, don't use a fork because you will puncture the meat and the flavorful juices will escape.
