PARKING SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT

________________________, hereafter referred to as Lessor, does hereby agree to lease to ________________________, hereafter referred to as Lessee, ___ parking space(s) located at _________________________, such parking space being further described as  _____________  at the aforementioned location. The following terms and conditions shall apply to this Parking Space Lease Agreement (“Agreement”):

Terms and Conditions:

1.    Lease Term. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee parking space(s) described above for a term of 7 months beginning                                 and ending ____________, inclusive.

2.    Items Left in Vehicle. Lessor shall not be responsible for damage or loss to possessions or items left in Lessee’s vehicle.

3.    Damage to Vehicle. Lessor shall not be responsible for damage or theft of Lessee’s vehicle, whether or not such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in the parking lot and surrounding area.

4.    Payments by Lessee. Lessee agrees to pay $______  per month for the lease of the each aforementioned parking space(s). Lessee is to make such leasehold payment to Lessor in person or by mail at  _________________________. Payments shall be made in advance by Lessee no later than the 1st of each rental month. If payment is not received by the 3rd of the month, Lessee’s vehicle may be towed from the aforementioned parking space at the Lessee’s expense.

5.    Receipts by Lessor. Upon request by Lessee, Lessor agrees to issue a receipt to Lessee for any payments made in cash. Such receipt shall show the amount paid, the period for which said rent is paid, and the designation of the leased parking space.

6.    Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. Any such notice shall be directed to the party at the party’s address as listed below in this Agreement.
