How to maximize your CIAO earnings

I would like share with you some points I guess useful to maximize our earnings in CIAO,
keeping our activity onest and matching the CIAO guidelines.

Fist of all, obviously, don't cheat! There are lot of plagiarist in CIAO, but they have also really a short life,
because lot of members check other members review, and report plagiarists to CIAO.
So is useless make a "cut and paste" job, copying reviews from other resources, because your account will be deleted soon, and you will lose all your earning.
Be honest and write your own review.

What 's required to you is to share your experience with a product. A simple, genuine review will be ok.
So you don't need to be a Pulitzer Prize Winner to write a good review. Simply says your opinion about a product.
Share with other members both the positives and the negatives of the product. This will be an useful review.

The technical data sheet of any product is easily findable on the net, so don't waste your time copying and
pasting tech data, is worthless, you will get negative ratings.
Of course, a good english should be a must (I'm sorry mine is not so good,
wish is enough to let you understand what i mean).

Ok, now we have our own review, written in our own words, and maybe is an useful one.
How can we earn with it?

As all of you should know, we earn in CIAO thanks to the reads and the rates.
Every time our review is read, we will earn 1 cent.
Every time our review is rated as useful or higer, we will earn 1 to 3 cents, depending on the rating worth of the product.
(products have a $ simbol that explain you their worth. $$$ = 3 cents per rate, $$ = 2 cents per rate, $ = 1 cent per rate).

The problem is, how to get reads and rates?

The answer is easy: thanks to your CIAO friends.

Probably you have noticed you can add friends in CIAO, as well as you can see the whole friends list of any CIAO member
(really useful to find new friends).

And I'm quite sure you already received messages like:

"I rated 5 of your reviews, please rate mine too"
"If you will rate my reviews, I will rate yours, trust me"
"add me in your COT i will do the same"
and so on.

Well, NEVER send messages like that, is against CIAO rules and your account can be banned for that.
(and always check if that's true, because often the senders are cheaters)

If you chose the right friends on CIAO, you will don't need to ask them to rate yours reviews, they will do that when they will see you rated their ones

So we need some good friends, that will enjoy reading our reviews and rating it.
How to find them? And more, should i trust that kind of messages I receive?

STATISTICS show you how many rating they received, and how many rating they given.

Obviously if you check a member STATISTICS and findsomething like:

Rating given: 197
Rating received: 1642

probably this is not someone who will help you to earn there!
He's there just to get ratings, giving nothing back to you.

Sometimes I reveice messages like "I rated 10 of yours reviews" from people that have a rating given of ONE!!!!!
So never trust these messages, and check it before do anything.

I started to chose my friends always checking their rating, and it works.
Lot of people that rates my reviews are not in my friends list. I just saw their statistics are good,
I found interesting some of their reviews, so I rated their reviews, and I got rating back!

So I guess is REALLY IMPORTANT check all the people who rated you, probably you
will find some of their review interesting, and you will like read and rate them.

I work there in this way: I write a new review every 3 or 4 days.
(I always find amazing how some people can buy so many expensive items.
Someone write 10 and more reviews every day ;) Wish someday my bank account will be like their one)

Every time I write a new review, I check ALL the raters of my old reviews and, if they have interesting reviews,
I read and rate a review of them.
If you chosen the right people as friend, quite all of them will check your new review back;)

Then I try to find a dozen of new people checking their statistics, and if they have interesting reviews,
I read and rate at least a review of them, and add them as friends. Quite always they'll find my review interesting too.

Make a favor to your friends, make a favor to yourself.
Invite your friends to join CIAO. They will be happy to earn money, and you will earn too.

If you're member of a social network, i suggest you to share with other members your experience with CIAO.
Probably you will find someone interested in joining the site. I got some good referrals in social network,
simply posting this kind of tips.
