Non-Alcohol Party Punch for All Occassions

Do you love party punch? Have you ever wondered how they make punch for birthday parties, bridal showers, holiday parties, and other gatherings? This recipe is so easy and can be adjusted for any party occasion. All you need is sherbet and Ginger Ale and a few creative tricks.

St. Patrick's Day Punch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of lime sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few slices of lime for decoration.

Easter Punch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of rainbow sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few raspberries, blueberries & strawberries for decoration (wash the fruit well before adding). Use some slices of lemons and limes too!

Halloween Punch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of orange sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few slices of orange for decoration.
OR
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of peach sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few slices of peach or nectarines for decoration.

Christmas Punch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of strawberry sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few slices of kiwi for decoration.
OR
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of lime sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few slices of lime for decoration.

Valentine's Day Punch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of strawberry sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few pieces of strawberries for decoration (make sure you wash and cut the tops off the strawberries).

For a Ladies Brunch ~
In a large punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon of raspberry sherbet.
Add 2 - 2 liter bottles of Ginger Ale (you can substitute Sprite or 7-up if you prefer). Add a few raspberries for decoration (be sure to wash them well before adding).

Other variations:
For Bridal showers ~ Choose the punch that matches the wedding colors.
For Birthday Parties ~ Choose the flavor your child likes best.

  • For larger groups, have more sherbet and more Ginger Ale available to refill
  • For a thicker punch, trade the sherbet for vanilla ice-cream (frozen yogurt or ice-milk can also work).
