College Tuition Free - Money Still Available

One thing is a certain fact, we all started working full time or started raising a family as soon as we finished high school. Myself, I joined the U.S. Navy, and did see some of the world, but not all of it. Afterwards, there was never any time or money to head to college. Now in my 50's I have the time, but still can't afford college. Is that you?

Can we afford the high expense of college? No, right? Not quite. If you want to go to college, you can. There are nearly 400 colleges and universities in the United States that offer special programs for "older students".

These programs include full or partial waivers on tuition, discounts on textbooks and other college-related fees, and in some cases special deals on housing. While we are still responsible for lab and other material fees, we can go to college tuition-free.

You can contact the college that you are interested in attending, and ask them about what programs are available for seniors, and how to go about applying for a tuition waiver or senior discount. Each state has something to offer you for FREE.
