Can it really be done? Yes, it can. It is very much possible to send a text message from your cellular phone to any landline phone in the United States if your cellular provider offers this service. To do this is quite simple; follow the steps below.

The first thing you need to do is  verify that you are a subscriber of (SMS) Short Message Sending,  and that sending a text from your cellular phone to any landline number is free with your subscription. After you have verified your type of subscription with your service provider, you can begin sending messages to landline phone numbers similar to the way you send text messages to your current contacts. Begin sending the text by creating the text message that you would like to share. You will be typing your message, but the. message will be converted and conveyed to the recipient, verbally. After you have typed your message, you will need to enter the land line phone number of the intended recipient. Next press send. Once you press send, your work is done.  Your cellular service provider will take care of contacting the recipient to try to deliver the message. If no one is there to accept the message, but there is a voice mail service. A voicemail message may be left. You will then receive a message from your provider stating that your message has been delivered. However, if no one answers the landline phone and there is no voicemail service, your message may not be communicated. Remember these steps anytime you need to cellular to landline text messages. Unfortunately, sending text messages from landline to cellular phones doesn't work the ssame way or has anything to do with your cell phone.
