Who needs an expensive spa treatment when you can make your own relaxing and soothing bath experience on your own? Here are some ways I have found to turn your bath into your own amazing experience.

Who needs an expensive spa treatment when you can make your own relaxing and soothing bath experience on your own? Here are some ways I have found to turn your bath into your own amazing experience.

To begin your bath experience, first find your fluffiest and most comfortable robe and towel to have ready for you once your bath is over. Hang it on the door or place it somewhere accessible for you to reach when your bath is over.

Begin to fill up your bath. Let the water run at a temperature that is hot--but not TOO hot. Make sure it is a temperature you are comfortable with.

Light some candles (that are in a safe holder) and put them in a safe place.

When the bath is almost completely filled up, add the bath beads, powder, or bubbles that you would like to use. Choose a relaxing scent--for some this will be a floral scent, for others this will be something fun and delicious such as sugar cookie scent!

Add the floating rose petals to your bath. I would suggest a rose petal without a strong scent--since you don't want it to overlap with whatever other bath product you already put into the water.

Slowly enter your bath. If you have your inflatable bath pillow or an extra towel, put it behind your head and neck for extra comfort. Lay in your bath and relax yourself: breathe deeply, meditate, or day dream.

When you are done with your bath, slowly exit the tub. Use your lush towel to dry off and step into your fluffy robe.
