Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed a uniform interstate non-cash settlement and billing unit of the Eurasian Economic Community

According to him, such proposals have already discussed in the EurAsEC.
"Today the countries of the Eurasian Economic Community has every reason to reduce the workload crisis genetically defective world currency on the economies of our countries: the integration within the association may be put his own uniform interstate supranational cashless settlement and billing unit," - said Nazarbayev, speaking Wednesday on the second Astana Economic Forum.

In his view, such an electronic payment unit could be called, for example, "Eurasia" or "Eurasia." Thus, the head of Kazakhstan noted that the rate of such currency should not depend on fluctuations in world currencies. Such a currency, Nazarbayev believes, "should provide a steady rhythmic non-cash transactions between states, legal entities and individuals within and between countries of the Eurasian Economic Community", but it must be issued solely in the interests of the Eurasian Economic Community and the world. "These proposals are discussed in the EurAsEC," - said Nazarbayev.

He did not agree that the introduction of the single currency Eurasec may lead to a loss of sovereignty of the member countries of Association. On the contrary, believes the President of Kazakhstan, the rejection of this idea faces a minimum, the loss of economic sovereignty of countries. "Only the integrated efforts can reduce the destructive pressures of global crisis on the economies of the EurAsEC," - I am sure the head of Kazakhstan. He proposed to establish a working group to discuss specific issues of monetary and fiscal unification in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Community, as well as the stated willingness to accept such a working group in Kazakhstan.

However, Nazarbayev proposes to include the creation of a new single global currency in the agenda of meetings of the leaders of the "Big Eight" and "Big twenty". It reminds RIA Novosti, on the eve of the head of Kazakhstan said that the international community needs to move to a completely new global monetary system, which should be based on policy, with the currents of all countries, a single monetary unit of calculation. In its creation, production and management, he believes, must involve all countries. Nazarbayev also said that, aware that "for the unprepared listener, my idea of creating a single world currency, as one of the directions out of the global economic deadlock in which we all were, may look too ambitious."
