Without the heart, there is no brain to start out with because the heart supplies the brain with the blood and nutrients that it needs in order to survive. The heart is the organ that the brain can depend on. The brain also has some control over the heart but without the heart the brain won’t work at all. They work simultaneously, and one is no good without the other.

The heart is so important that you want to keep it in a good shape all of the time. You don’t want to let it go damaged and not fix it in a fast manner. You could end up with thousands of hospital bills if you don’t take care of it and you can end up dying or not being able to get back to your normal shape again.

There’re so many people with heart problems nowadays. Heart disease is one of the most common diseases in people. Heart disease can easily occur if we’re overweight, smokes, drinks, do illegal drug, have too much stress, and have high fats in our artery.

You have heard of people in your family with heart disease before, it’s not that pleasant. You can be bound to your bed for months to year if you have serious heart problems. You should go to the doctor regularly and get a check up so that you’re not stuck with a disease that you’re not aware of.

The heart pumps blood to your entire body via the community of arteries. The heart also pumps bloods to the lungs to get rid of co2 and other toxic waste via the pulmonary veins. Blood carry oxygen and nutrients to your cells. If you don’t have blood carrying nutrients to a site, then that body part will die off and need to be amputated. You have seen cases of gangrene where there is no blood supply to the site and you have to amputate the person’s extremity. It’s a very dangerous thing if your blood is not flowing like it should. Therefore, when you exercise your blood will blowing very well and this will keep you in good health.

You will know if something is wrong with your heart when you notice that it’s not like it use to be when you’re younger. The older we get the more problems we have with our heart. It’s like an old car, the more you drive it or use it the more it will be damaged.

You can do several things every single day or week to check up on your heart health but the best thing is to get it done at your doctor’s office because they will always know more than you and they can intervene and help if you have a problem. If you know that you have a heart problem, you alone can’t do much about it. The doctor is there to treat you. Heart problems that are left untreated will be one of the most dangerous things you can do to yourself.

You can do things like checking your pulse every single day. You can check on the strength, regularity, and rhythm of the heart beat to determine if it’s in the normal range. You can also do a stress test to see how your heart will hold up to your exertion. You can also observe to see if you have chest pain. Any chest pain or refer pain is an indicator that you have heart problem and you need medical attention right away. You should never wait another day when you have these problems.

What is the rate per minute? Is it similar to the rate you’ve always had? If it deviates too high or too low from your usual rate, it could mean that you have a problem.

Don’t check after you walk or workout because the rate will be fast. Check it when you’re at complete rest. If you have an unusual rate, you need to let your doctor know right away.

Pay attention to the strength of the heart beat. A good heart should have a strong beat to it. A weak beat could indicate that your heart has some problems and you need to let your doctor know.

Is the heart rate regular? Is it matching one beat after another? A normal heart rate will beat like this: lob, dub, lob, dub, lob, and dub. If it beats like this: lablab, dud, dud, dud,lub, no beat, lubdud then you have irregular heart rate and this needs to be brought to your doctor’s attention. Irregular heart beat is an indication that your heart is having problems.

Do you have any chest pain at rest? If you do then that indicates that you have some heart problems and you need to contact your doctor right away. Do you have chest pain after exertion like running or walking? If you do then you do have heart problem. You need to contact your doctor right away. Do you have difficulty breathing sometimes? Difficulty breathing could indicate a heart problem. Do you feel tightness or a stabbing sensation on your heart? If you do this is a sign that you have heart problem. You need to let your doctor know right away. Drinking coffee is a very bad thing for people with a weak heart. I have drank it and almost have a heart attack. Coffee increased your heart rate a lot and that’s why it’s not a good thing to drink it if you have heart or high blood pressure problem. Do ask your doctor about this coffee thing.

If you have had any of the signs and symptoms of heart problems then you do need to contact your doctor right away and get help right away. Heart problem is one of the most dangerous health problems. You can die easily from a heart attack. You should never ignore heart problems.
