Fried eggs with basil leaves is easy to prepare and best for breakfast.

Hello! Today I will share to all of you a simple recipe I learned while working in Taiwan. I know a lot of Chinese foods and on how to prepare and cook them so I will have lots to share with you. This is the simplest recipe I can share today and I will come back for more next time. Hope this one is okay. I always cooked this for my employer and she loves it. Kids love to eat eggs for breakfast but sometimes they do not like vegetables so we can expect that they will ignore the basil leaves because of it's hard smell.

Fried eggs with basil leaves

Ingredients:

3 pieces eggs (scrambled)
10 small pieces basil leaves
Oil for fry
Salt, pepper, MSG

Procedure:

Scramble the eggs add seasoning like salt, a dash of pepper and monosodium glutamate (MSG).
Set aside. Prepare the basil leaves but select only the leaves and do not include the steam, wash it. Heat pan, put vegetables oil and fry eggs. When the eggs almost half done, put the basil leaves and fry continuously until okay.

Best to eat while it is hot.
I love this recipe because so easy to prepare and nutritious. It is good for breakfast and can eat alone without rice. I also love the smell of basil leaves. I would suggest this recipe to those who are on the go and wanted to cook an easy food. If you love eggs you can try this one with basil leaves.
