How to Not To Vomit
When you are sick there is always the question. Should I vomit or should I not vomit? I think that if your body really wants you to vomit, you will not be able to control it. It is kind of like us humans trying to control mother earth.
When you are sick there is always the question. Should I vomit or should I not vomit? I think that if your body really wants you to vomit, you will not be able to control it. It is kind of like us humans trying to control mother earth. I prefer not to vomit when I absolutely do not have to.
DON'T MOVE - I find the first step in avoiding vomiting is to stay completely still. If you move, you may vomit.
TAKE DEEP BREATHS - Breathing deeply seems to distract you long enough for the vomiting feeling to go away.
DRINK CARBONATED BEVERAGES - (Not beer or champagne) Try to drink 7 Up or mineral water. Possibly something with electrolytes like Gatorade or Pediasure Pops.
DON'T DRINK PLAIN WATER - I do not understand why water makes people vomit, but it does. If you are feeling like vomiting, do not drink water it will trigger it. Drink water after you have already vomited. DON'T GO INTO THE BATHROOM - If you go into the bathroom then you will vomit. Try not to go in there until you have to. IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE BATHROOM - Don't look at the toilet. You will definitely vomit if you look at the toilet. Even when I did not know I needed to vomit, I did, just because I looked at the toilet. IF YOU GET THE HICCUPS - I am sorry, but if you get the hiccups, when you feel like vomiting, that will definitely trigger it.-
