How My Man Boobs Landed Me In Jail

The medical term for "Man Boobs" is gynecomastia.  Gynecomastia is abnormally large breasts in males. I no longer take my shirt off in public.

After years of attempting to hide my gynecomastia I ended up in a situation at the local swimming pool. I had removed my shirt to get in the pool. After a group of guys kept mocking me. I tried to be friendly and explain about the condition and why it was a medical problem. They continue to torment and attempt to embarrass me.

After they succeeded in embarrassing me I wondered over and wrapped my towel around me to leave. Two of the guys walked over and started calling me a "b$#@h with tits". I was very upset. I put on my shirt and was trying to not to cry I was so angry.

One of the guys at the point reached over and jiggled my man boob. I instantly snapped. I punched the guy in his nose breaking it. As he leaned over to cup his face and newly broken nose I extended my foot behind him and then brought it back to me as I shoved him to the ground. I followed him down and put the full weight of my body into him as my knee landed on his gut. I then punched his nose again and he cried out very loud.

I spit on his face and said "Who's the B$#@H Now!". I then stood up and his friend had started running back towards the other group of guys and I ran after him. The group of guys started to come my way and I kept running full speed towards them. I lunged at the first guy in the back and we both fell to the floor. I was on top and immediately started punching him attempting to break his nose open too. The other guys dragged my off of the guy and started wailing on me.

I fought for all I was worth. I was outnumbered and the guys stomped me pretty well. Somebody had obviously called the police and when they arrived I was arrested. I was the only one arrested. Heres the kicker, when the guys were telling the police what caused the fight to happen the started snickering. When the officer was getting ready to put me into the cop car he reached over and jiggled my man boob. 

While I was being booked in to jail they made me strip down and then I stood nude in a holding cell for close to an hour. It was chilly. The holding cell had a see through window and the various guards kept coming up to snicker and laugh. They were pushing me to the edge and I knew it.

I was in the jail for 3 days until I got in front of the judge and he allowed me to bail out. Now I had to explain to my family why I had lost my temper. My family never understood. They always said "Just lose some weight and the man boobs will go away". Thats not accurate at all. When I was skinny my man boobs looked even larger then they do now that I am overweight. I intentionally has gained too much weight so as to minimize the appearance of my man boobs.

I had not lost my temper since high school about my man boobs. As part of the plead deal I was given 6 months of anger management classes. At the first one when I was telling my story of what happened one of the guys their started snickering. I said ' dude, your in here for beating your wife with baseball bat in front of your kids and your snickering at me.". Then one of the other guys started laughing at said "If my wife had tits like yours I'd beat her down too".

I thought too myself that this obviously must be  a plot to see if I would lose my cool again. Later i found out it was not.

Surgery is not an option for me. I can not afford the cost. Gynecomastia affects people in many ways. Unfortunately gynecomastia landed me in jail.

Luckily the incident will not appear to on my criminal record anymore. I lucked upon a very influential lawmaker in the area who had suffered from Gynecomastia when he was younger. He still remembered the embarrassment caused by the gynecomastia.
