If you're a shy person then you should learn that being shy is not the best thing for you when it comes to dating, career or social situation. In this day and age, we have to deal with so many clients and people and having a confident, approachable attitude will be more helpful for you. You can succeed in dating, at work or in social situations. Shyness can get the best of you. I know so because I used to have some problems with it but I'm not as shy anymore once I told myself that shyness can't win me a thing. I decided to be brave and just do what I need to do.

Men and women sometimes have this shyness problems as I've seen around me. You can do little exercises here and there to face your fear and start to become more socialize. There is no reason why a man needs to be shy. Why would you need to be shy? Shyness will not help you at all in any situation. You could lose the love of your life because you're shy. You could lose the best thing in your life if you don't know what to do. If women give you a chance then you should go ahead and follow it. Give women a chance when they ask for one. Date when you should. I know a guy that even has the phone number of a girl he claimed to like but won't even call her. Why does he needs to be this way? He will soon lose his baby if he doesn't do the right thing.

Don't be shy this year. Make it your New Year's resolution to have more courage and give women chances. Drink a cocktail or something like that to slow down your nervousness because if you're shy you're losing out in life and that is the truth as I have seen it. They say you snooze you loose and this is very true. Get rid of your shyness in the New Years. Women don't prefer that you're shy. They like you to approach them and ask them out. When they go out with you they like it that you have confidence and courage. Give women more chances this year. Don't be afraid to call them if they do give you their phone numbers unless you're just not interested.

Ask yourself to list the reasons why you feel shyness would benefit you. I bet you can't come up with a lot of reasons why it would benefit you but you can come up with reasons why it could hurt you. If you're shy you won't get the date that you want and you can't approach people like you need to. Just make up your mind to not be shy this year and be responsive to women and you'll see how much it'll pay off. You can always do the implicit things when it comes to dating if you're shy like sending a note, email, smile, make excuses, and asking friends to help you out.
