If you have for a long time you might want to check with the doctor as it could be sign of something more severe. There are many reasons why you could have a tummy ache. Once you know the origin of it you can help yourself to staying away from the sources. I know that milk is not a good source of drink for me or any types of milk product and I can easily get a stomach ache from it. I would avoid milk at all time. The same thing goes for many people out there.

They have to avoid the types of foods that can cause them stomach pain. If you eat foods at unfavorable conditions and with possible contamination then you will get a stomach ache. If you have a long term aching problem it could due to some digestive tract abnormality and you can check that over with your doctor.

Natural ways to alleviate your pain including rest, normal bowel movement, drinking tea to settle things down and taking over the counter stomach ache pills and pain relieving pill. You should avoid eating foods that you're allergic to or if it was poorly prepared. You should avoid eating foods at cold temperature or if it was undercooked. Bacteria in undercooked meat can give you a stomach ache. It's best to eat your food under the best conditions. Once you know the sources you can avoid it next time. The good news is that most stomach ache will go away after natural bowel movement so you should let it out of your systems. The bacteria or agents in the foods need to exit out of your system.
