Singer Selena Perez death

Selena Perez is the singing sensation from Texas. She was murdered by her fan club manager Yolanda Saldivar. Yolanda Saldivar was later convicted and had a life sentence in prison. Selena family is releasing one of her tape that she had performed on a show in 2009. Selena went to Yolanda's hotel and wanted financial statements but Yolanda said that she was rape in Mexico and don't have. Selena drove her to a hospital but there was no sign of rape but just a lie. She went back to the hotel and demanded the financial statements again but Saldivar wouldn't give it up.

Selena walked out of the room but Saldivar shot Selena in the back. Selena was crawling out and told one of the bystander that Saldivar was the assailant and she died at the hospital over blood loss. Saldivar tried to send out message that Selena had an affair and there were tapes and all other but it's just so she can ruin Selena's reputation and the court found no evidence of tape or anything like that. Saldivar spend time in jail by herself because of death threat by other incarcerated Selena fan. She will have parole after 30 years. I think that Selena was risky to meet the woman on her own and also to hire someone that would steal from her.  You will never know who you can trust in life and people can get greedy in some cases. I thought that Selena should have took some precautions when dealing with someone who doesn't seem honest in the first place. She stole from Selena and that should have been a warning. it's unfortunate that a talent like Selena passed away at such a young age.
