Exercise tips: how to get a flat abdomen. The ab is a stubborn area for most women and especially after childbirth. You have to work hard at it in order to maintain a good flat stomach.
One thing that you can do regularly is doing ab workout. Abs workout work but you have to do it every single day. You have to target the abs. You can get an ab machine and it'll be easier for you. It's hard to do ab exercises but they work.
Instead of spending time in other area you can give more time to the ab. Next up is to drink green tea. For some reason green tea works to help reduce the stomach content. Try it and see if it'll work out for you. Green tea is just a natural herb and there is no harm to it. It only make you more awake that's all. So if you have problems sleeping you should at least give it a try.
Next is to reduce your fats foods content. Fatty foods will increase your stomach fats content and it's not fun. Don't eat too much oil or butter or sweet. Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and whole grain.
Next is to consider a tummy tuck. This is only if you can't never get rid of the belly shape. Some people can never get rid of it. You should consider cosmetic surgery if it's your choice and if you want it. Don't do it if you don't want it or don't feel comfortable with it or you're not in the best health for it. You do need to have the best health to consider surgery.
