How to get more kill on call of duty 4

Everyone wants to get more cod4 kills. In this, I will tell you some tips and tricks to getting on your way to a better kill death ratio and having more fun.

First thing you need to know is if you don't play to your gun's strength, then you will die more than you kill. You don't need to be dishing it out with a LMG or throwing rounds at a sniper in a window.

If you are boasting a SMG then you need to stick with moving in tight corners and clearing rooms. I would say one of the best perks for room clearing would have to be bomb squad. This has saved my butt many of times.

When you clear a room don't just go rushing in. Just because you are a rusher doesn't mean you are a suicidal meth head. You have to watch the corners and clear the room with a sweep. If you don't know what a sweep is let me explain. You start at the corner of the door and strife while moving slowly in the door. At the same time rotate to parts of the room not cleared.

If you see a claymore then save your sprint and sprint through it. If you can shoot it then do so. Sprint around corners and you find yourself dyeing a lot less. Remember that claymores only affect what is in the cone in front of them. If you can get behind them you will come out untouched.

You will get more kills with the silencer than you will with a red dot. If you are a rusher then most likely, you are the front line. You will not be targeted as much if you don't show up as a red dot on the map. On the other hand, if you like to camp then get the red dot, and set up camp. Your dot on their map is like a bug to a bulb. Just be aware that you will get nades incoming constantly.

Avoid allies and fields. You will die 9 times out of 10. Yea, sometimes you will get some lucky shots. If you must duke it out long range the do it in bursts of 3 or 4 shots. This is why the M16 is so good. After you burst, your gun goes back to the exact spot it was. I've taken out many people on the 50 cal and snipers in windows like this.

The last thing i will tell you in this article is to not stop for to long in any one room, and always leave a different way than you came in. You need to keep on the move to spots where campers usually hide. Hug the outside of the map if you can and drop to prone or lay down while in a gun battle.
