Jolie, Pitt & Aniston; unless they are starring in a porno movie together, I don’t care!

It’s been almost four years since Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt divorced, yet the public is still fascinated and hungry for news of any meeting between the two celebrity exes.  Whether at the Oscars or anywhere else, and especially if Angelina Jolie is on Brad Pitt’s arm the general public is ready to come to blows, defending their favorite of the hot threesome.  

So a man left his wife for another woman, so have millions of other men!  Who cares?  So Aniston stated today; “I don’t owe anybody anything. I don’t owe anybody my side of the story. There are no sides!”  There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It’s just not the case.”  Is this really worthy of the top article slot on Yahoo Buzz?  

Personally, I think Jennifer Aniston can not compare to Angelina Jolie. 

Just to recap; Jolie is the stunning Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency, she has received three Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and an Academy Award, and oh yeah, she is stunning.  She kissed her brother, carried little vials of blood around her neck and married Billy Bob Thornton twenty years her senior.  Who cares?  Her loony behavior intrigues the public and ensures her constant place in the spotlight.  How could Brad Pitt resist the obviously fertile and motherly, yet dangerous and slutty Angelina Jolie? 

Over 50% of all marriages in this country end in divorce, yet the public is fixated on this particular divorce.  As if the people involved care about what label they are given in the court of public opinion or are affected in any way.  If any publicity is good publicity, Jolie, Aniston and Pitt only stand to benefit financially from the sickening, obsessive interest in their personal lives.  While the general public waist deep into the recession, looks to them for an escape from reality, their reality, dominated by mass foreclosures, lay-offs and bankruptcies.  I would have to see a video of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston sharing spit and body fluids to maintain interest in them beyond this article, not to mention forget if only momentarily, that I may be applying for unemployment benefits any day now.
