Stress is the word to describe the way most of us feel. There's not one person in this world that can escape this condition. Some have more stress than others. Stress is never a good thing. You should try your best to reduce your stress level. It's possible to do this through self regulation methods such as exercising, relaxation, and controlling stress factors.

Stress can cause you many medical problems in the long run. This is why doctors and lawyers most often die over heart attacks, and other problems. They have one of the most stressful jobs in the world. You will see these professionals looking older than their age and act peculiar. They are not someone that can carry on a nice, easy conversation. They don't like to talk or interact with people most of the time and you can expect them to yells when they do.

Stressors are common to everyone. You can learn to take control over it. Stress can cause aging and illness very quickly. Have you had one of those stressful day and then you don't get to sleep enough? You wake up the next morning sick. You got sick because you cause your body too much strain and stress. The body can only take so much too. This is why busy people get sick all the time. You just got to learn how to put things into control. It's very easy and possible.

Stress can cause you heart disease, indigestion, weight gain, ulcer, aging, lessened beauty, high blood pressure, sleep disorder, skin disorder, depression and many more. It does so much damage to you. Having stress is like driving you car without care and soon your car will die on you. If you drive too much and don't change fluid or tires, it will break down on you because you put too much stress on it. It's alright if a car dies but it's not alright if you end up with a heart attack. If you're over the top when it comes to stress then a heart attack is not unusual. There're two hormones that are secreted more during stress and that is adrenaline and cortisol. These two hormones can make you gain weight or cause stress on your body. Cortisol is the one that will make you gain weight in long run. Short term

stress will not make you gain weight but if it's months after months then it will make you gain weight. Cortisol is secreted by your adrenal glands and it's increase during stress. This is why you see many people gain weight during a stressful event in their life like a death of parent. I have seen one of my friend who has gain as much as 30lbs at the death of his parent. The best way to deal with stress is minimizing it and then do that throughout your life. You should also do regular exercise, deep breathing, and meditation to empty your mind.
