AVON Doesn't Allow Search Engine Advertising, SEO For Cosmetic Beauty Makeup Companys

My Name is Cathy Romine, Athens Alabama.  I dominate search engine advertising for my products and I'm number one in more google searches than I even am aware of. I recently joined AVON, not so happy camper right now. Keep in mind - I LOVE The products...So don't get mad quite yet...
After watching the AVON commercial I had my Friend an SEO Expert set up a World Optimized Splash Page System for avon to help the representatives in every city in every state get top search engine positions.   I then met with the DM of AVON and informed her I only wanted to sell AVON online.  I knew you could not sell from ebay - directly from your website etc.  Any purchases had to go through the main website - that was fine with me so I signed up.
I also emailed the DM after setting up the AVON system at my expense and asked how to get it approved by AVON.  I was totally unaware at the time I first joined that AVON Rep's are forbidden from using the name AVON or any words associated in building their AVON business. With the AVON set up you meet with a DM you cant sign up online - You pay the small fee of $10 then when you are set up you can sign into the website and read the fine print - thats not good at all...
My Question - If You Sell Avon and AVON wants you to build an AVON Business by only promoting your affiliate site which sends all the business to them and builds their company in Search Engines - how is this helping you?  Sure they can say they give the rep in the area the sale - how do you know? And yes your affiliate page in some cases do get picked up in search engines although that site is built to be picked up in search engines advertising AVON - Not You - AVON...The only thing with your name in that website is in the title - no description - only geared toward again - AVON....
Sorry I've been on the internet far to long - If Its your business - you can't get fired - you cant get laid off - (isnt that what the commercial says? Its my business?) Why do they not let you advertise online?  What are they afraid of?  This would boom their business.  I personally don't promote affiliate company websites - I don't build the company store - I build me.
I dominate search engine advertising for anything I do and sell and wanted to help all representatives in their city do the same.  
An example -keep in mind I just recently joined AVON, I could hit the AVON site soon although now I find your not allowed to do this - Google - Buy avon in athens alabama.  I not only get first page I usually knock my competition off the search results.  Avon representative in Alabama - I'm in surrounding city's, etc. I would soon hit the first page of AVON but I dont think AVON wants anyone there but them, why is that? Thats a serious question guys and gals...Think about it!
I've had about 6 people want to join AVON from online only problem being they dont live in Athens they found me online and AVON is not set up for you to do this.  Thats not good, If they want you to start using the online websites they need to work on a few things.  If their SEO's doesn't know how to get this going for them mine definitely does.  Furthermore AVONs official website is poorly optimized - With a little work they wouldn't need to spend all that money on superbowl commercials etc. Sorry AVON but someone is going to speak up for the Reps!
Avon needs work with their avon online business. I could help with this although the DM didn't get anyone in touch with me so AVON is not interested truly in helping you as a rep - believe it or not - get mad or not - If they did they would let you promote your business.
I love the AVON products and wanted this to be a great business for all.  I am now in search of a cosmetic company that would like to take over the domain name and World Optimized Splash Page system that we have set up which keep in mind there was no charge to AVON, I had an SEO Expert,  the President/CEO of MANE World Promotions, Inc.  build one of the worlds first paid progressive promotional service through his main website City-Centers.com. where the system promotes YOU not US!
AVON could control the content and earn revenue from every city page rented and the reps could be very happy and less frustrated trying to build online and I never heard back, go figure.
Let me ask you rep's a question.  AVON allows you to promote in yellowpages, super pages etc.  Your not allowed to use keywords, avon, buy avon, sell avon etc according to the rules.  Do you notice when you pay for this form of advertising, do a search you may not even pay attention or know this but whose address is in the search results?  For you buying and advertising in these directory's you are building yellowpages, etc. PLUS you pay a pretty high cost.  If your lucky enough that someone would click on the search result your name in most cases is thrown in with your competition.
So in conclusion I suggest AVON reps insist that AVON get with the modern times and let you build your online business.  How can you be an avon rep if you can't have your own domain and promote that business? I'm sorry this is serious...
Again, I'm curious - I'm sure I'll have some ill people with this post although if you are your either one of the top AVON people who AVON helps directly or your uneducated with Search Engine Advertising.
Didn't mean to offend just educate.  I'd love to sell AVON they have a great product although I think some changes need to occur in order to be able to promote online. I personally don't have time for AVON Calling and driving with the high cost of gas and bad economy...
Take care of your rep's AVON...And your rep's will take care of you!
