Painless Suicide

If you're looking for ways to get out of this dead-end existence known as your life, this is the article for you. Here's the best ways to kill yourself.

Committing suicide is actually a form of self-preservation. It's your brain's response to:

1) Being overloaded with pain; and
2) Running out of tools and resources that can alleviate that pain;

Our brains take our present feelings and start predicting the future, imagining the entire rest of our life being and feeling exactly how it is and does to you at this one particular moment in time.

Yeah, right

Do you realize how quickly things change? Visit your grandparents or an old high school buddy and you'll quickly be reminded of exactly how much you have changed since Granny or Little Joey last saw you.

So it stands to reason that time will continue its trend of moving forward, and you and everything around you will continue to adapt to time. Just like you always have and just like you always will, as long as you're alive. There is no constant matter in the universe. The only constant is constant change.

So the cure for suicide is to increase tools and resources available that will help you remove whatever it is causing you this extraordinary amount of pain.

Les Claypool, in the song Rubberneck Lions by Oysterhead, says, "There ain't no cure for suicide." He's a damn fool, obviously, because the John Rapp cure is totally for real. I know because I get suicidal quite frequently, and it's always from thinking a bunch of negative, anxious and stressful thoughts behind the scenes in my own brain.

You know when you're sick with the flu really badly? Or you've got the worst hangover in the history of time or something, and your stomach really hurts and you're throwing up and you feel like you just want to die and get it over with? You're all sweaty. Can't sleep but you can't get up. You're puking and you have diarrhea, which is the messiest combination ever. Your head hurts. Your chest is full of acid and bile and whatever else. All of that. Your body is in so much pain that all you want to do is off yourself. You feel that bad.

You with me?

But then you wake up in a few days and you feel all better, and you go back to work or whatever, and in another couple of days you're all better and back to 100%, you know what I'm talking about?

There's a lot of time in between that moment where you're puking your guts out on the floor in a pool of nasty fluids and the moment when you realize you're better. If you could fast forward to being all better, that would be great. But you can't. You have to deal with things in the present tense before you can get to the next moments. And later on you laugh about those nights you spend puking and pooping all over the place. But at the time it was happening you would have let someone shoot you in the face.

Anyway, the point is that time obviously brings about great changes. To think that time will all of a sudden stop changing people and things is totally insane. But that's the mindset of suicide. It's an irrational thought pattern.

Suicidal thoughts are like crazy people on the street screaming doomsday threats of hellfire and brimstone. "The end is near! God hates you! You're going to Hell unless you listen to what I tell you!"

If you wouldn't take some lunatic screaming this nonsense into your face in the street, there's no reason to listen to a lunatic in your own head saying these things, ya know?

Do not accept defeat

Get your mind off the pain you feel. Force yourself to do something different. Whatever you have done so far has made you want to kill yourself, so there must be something you can do. No man is powerless except for unto himself.

Your reality is born from the thoughts that you carry in your brain. If your reality is causing you pain, put some new thought in your brain.

Listen to Matisyahu.

A few days ago when I wanted to kill myself and everyone around me, Matisyahu saved my life. That's for real.

This is a great article.
However what of the people that have been in pain a long time?
I’m talking about years, with no hope of the situation ever getting better no matter how hard they try.
It does happen even though sometimes people do not like to admit it.
