Learn how to make to do lists to help you get organized and you will free up blank time for those things you love to do.  First thing you will want to do is use your software to design a format for your printable to do lists, and write down all your tasks on a blank sheet of paper first, to help you get organized. Involve your kids and let them agree on the tasks to help make them feel accountable. Rate the tasks and assign total possible points according to priority for each one. Have a blank scale of minimum to maximum points allowed for each task to keep the tasks in perspective. Print out your to do lists with printable software and a color printer and make the graphics and text fairly large so to make a statement. Add clip art or drawings to your to do lists to make them jovial and fun.  Be sure to put your list in a visible place to remind you to keep up with it. Include blanks at the end of each task where you can check each one off when its completed. By having printable to do lists it will help you to get organized and use your time more efficiently and give you more blank time for yourself.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make a standard to do list with weekly activities and leave blank places to add different tasks each time.
  • Spread your tough important tasks out and list them first each day to get them done first.
