How to Use Yahoo! Answers to Make Money Writing

Yahoo! Answers The best way to get web browsers to see your article and click on the google ads is to write about things that people want to know, there are a host of questions on Yahoo! Answers where people are looking to find out about areas that are unfamiliar to them. Here are 5 steps to making money using Yahoo! Answers.

STEP 1 - SET UP A YAHOO ACCOUNT

You must create a Yahoo! account, this will enable you to search for Yahoo! qestions and write answers for them. Setting up a account with Yahoo is very simple and easy, once you get the account you get access to so many more areas you can profit from such as Yahoo! groups and Yahoo! games, you must understand that Yahoo has so much traffic and you can make money by using Yahoo! to divert traffic to your articles and give them the exposure they deserve.

STEP 2 - LOOK FOR QUESTIONS

Look for questions that have had a lot of views, this can be deduced by seeing how many rating the best answer has got. If you see that a question has been around for ages and only received a few ratings whilst the answer was comprehensive it is likely that not a lot of people are viewing that questions, find popular questions and then answer the question better than the existing best questions, usually these answers are relativley basic therefore your comprehensive answer which will be part of your article will win hands down.

STEP 3 - WORK OUT LIKELY TRAFFIC

Another way to work out how much traffic the question is likely to get is find out all the topics that are available on Yahoo! Answers, once you have done this do a serach on google to find the most searched topics on the internet, cross reference these two sets to find a set which is most popular and available on Yahoo! answers, once you find the most popular topics then use step 2 to find the most popular question in the topic and address them.

STEP 4 - MAKE FRIENDS

Always make friends, this way they will rate your answers and eventually you will get right to the top which is the prime location to be in. Remembet to return the favour when they are rating you as this is the etiquette in these types of forums. Once you have built a reputation for answering questions with due dilligence then you will see these answers being forwarded to people, this will create a chain reaction of views which will eventually mean that there is little or no need for any promotion.

STEP 5 - LINK YOUR ARTICLE

Always link your article to the answer, make the answer comprehensive then explain that for a more detailed article click on the following link, this way the reader will be more likely to click on the link. Also understand that this reader is interested in what you have to say so therefore they are likely to click more than once to find the answer, again this will give you a succession of clicks so make sure you have other links at the bottom of your article or in the middle that the reader may find interesting!
